1. What is sold

MallCoins are a prepaid credit, used only on SaaSMall to pay for visibility: boosts, leased storefronts and bids for the Fountain. They are not money: they cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash or used anywhere else. They do not expire while your account exists.

2. Prices

• Shopping bag: 100 coins for €10
• Trolley: 300 coins for €27
• Loading dock: 1000 coins for €85
• Warehouse: 5000 coins for €375

Prices are in euros and final. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The coin price of each boost is shown before you book it, and may follow the mall's audience (shown on the boost shop).

3. Ordering and payment

You choose a pack in your wallet, then pay on a secure page run by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe only; we never see them. The order is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

4. Delivery

The coins are added to your wallet as soon as the payment goes through, usually within seconds. If they do not appear within a few minutes, write to hello@saasmall.fun with the receipt.

5. Right of withdrawal

MallCoins are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and told that you then give up the 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°). Once the coins are in your wallet, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies.

6. Refunds

• Unused purchase: as a goodwill gesture, a purchase is refunded in full on request within 14 days if none of its coins have been spent. Write to hello@saasmall.fun; the refund goes back to the card used, and the coins are removed from your wallet.
• Cancelling a boost: a booking cancelled before it starts gives back 80% of its coins (rounded down); once a boost is live, it is not refunded.
• Fountain auction: coins of a bid are held while it leads, and given back in full as soon as it is outbid.
• Our fault: if a paid boost cannot run because of an outage on our side, its coins are credited back.
• Payment refunded or disputed: when a payment is refunded, or contested with your bank, the coins it bought are taken back from your wallet (never below zero). If the dispute is closed in your favour, they are given back.
• The 50 welcome coins and other free coins have no cash value and are never refunded.

7. Closing your account

If you close your account, unspent coins are lost, except purchases still covered by the 14-day refund above. If we close an account for breaking the terms of use (for example, fake upvotes), coins used to cheat are not refunded.

8. Legal guarantees

As a consumer in the EU, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 and following): if a paid feature does not work as described, write to us and we will fix it, re-credit the coins or refund you.

9. Complaints and mediation

For any question or complaint, write to hello@saasmall.fun; we answer within a reasonable time. If no solution is found, consumers can refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator: to be completed. These terms are governed by French law.
